Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 26, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the Putting Dinner on the Table course and related course materials provided by Hill City Ventures, LLC ("Hill City Ventures," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the website or purchasing, downloading, or using the course or its materials, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website, course, or materials.
2. Course Description
The course provides educational meal-planning strategies intended to help students organize meals, manage grocery spending, and reduce meal-planning stress. Course descriptions and availability may change from time to time.
3. Limited Personal-Use License
When you lawfully purchase access to the course, Hill City Ventures grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the course and its materials for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. The course and its materials are licensed, not sold, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
4. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use
The website and course materials, including their text, design, graphics, lessons, downloads, and arrangement, are owned by or licensed to Hill City Ventures and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, distribute, sell, sublicense, or share the materials except as expressly permitted;
- Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
- Use the materials to create a competing product or service; or
- Use the website or materials for an unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes another person's rights.
5. Educational Information Only
Our materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical, nutritional, dietary, financial, or other professional advice and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who understands your individual circumstances.
You are responsible for determining whether any ingredient, recipe, storage method, preparation method, budget suggestion, or meal-planning strategy is appropriate for you and your household. Consult an appropriate professional concerning allergies, intolerances, medical conditions, dietary restrictions, pregnancy, infant or child nutrition, or other health concerns.
6. Food Safety and Allergies
Always follow current food-safety guidance, product labels, storage instructions, expiration information, and safe cooking temperatures. Ingredients, manufacturing practices, and allergen statements can change. Hill City Ventures does not guarantee that any recipe or recommendation is free from allergens or suitable for a particular dietary need.
7. Purchases and Third-Party Services
Course purchases made through Paddle are transactions with Paddle, the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payment, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, and refunds under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Hill City Ventures licenses, delivers, and supports the course.
We are not responsible for the availability, security, content, or practices of third-party websites or services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee particular financial, health, dietary, or lifestyle results.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hill City Ventures and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from or related to the website, course, or materials. Our total liability for a claim relating to the purchased course will not exceed the amount paid for the course.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any non-waivable consumer right.
10. Availability, Changes, and Termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the website or course and may revise these Terms prospectively. The version posted when you purchase the course will govern that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been materially violated.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Hill City Ventures is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise, disputes must be brought in a court with jurisdiction over Hill City Ventures' principal place of business. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.
12. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
13. Contact

Refund Policy
Last Updated: July 26, 2026
1. Purchases Through Paddle
Paddle is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for course purchases completed through Paddle Checkout. Paddle processes the transaction and administers refund requests under the Paddle Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms.
Unless applicable law or an additional written course guarantee provides otherwise, Paddle's policy states that transactions are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective, misdescribed, or undelivered digital content.
2. Requesting a Paddle Refund
To request a refund for a Paddle transaction, use the receipt or transaction-support link in your Paddle confirmation email, or visit paddle.net and select the refund-support option. Eligibility and processing are determined under Paddle's policy and applicable law. Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method.
3. Course Access and Delivery Support
If you have trouble accessing the course after purchasing through Paddle, or believe the course materials are materially defective or were not delivered, contact Hill City Ventures, LLC at support@puttingdinneronthetable.com. Please include the email address used at checkout and your transaction or order number, but do not send complete payment-card details.
4. Mandatory Rights
This Policy does not exclude or restrict any refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law. If this Policy or Paddle's terms conflict with a mandatory legal right, that legal right controls.
